Lakshya Pharmacy
- Lakshya-Pharmacy is an advanced & fully functional version that fulfills almost all Pharmacy related requirement for any medium big size Pharmacy Shop.
- This includes Medicine Database & Inventory of all kinds, Party Database, Day to day Reports, MIS reports, Stock & Accounting Reports etc.
- This Software comes with built in complimentary Address Book System, which is specially designed for all kind of Address and Label management. Using this module the Shop can print envelops, labels, address book, various other PR reports those can be very useful in presentation as well business enhancement.
- This is modular software and has full integration between its various modules. The software is fully secured. Login wise right allocation system is given in the software hence no unauthorized user can log into software. Login and passwords are unlimited and right allocation is made very user friendly.
- All forms are designed in such a way that even if user understands one form, he/she can understand all forms functionality. Proper Find/Search is given on every form wherever necessary. The software is fully accessible by mouse as well as Keyboard. Software supports complete GUI features.
- Complete digital help is designed in the software for every form’s functioning and on individual form every text box or list or other objects have been provided individual help. This helps user in understanding the full functionality without any hassle. This is very useful feature for institutions in cases where staff is of volatile nature.
- The software is fully configurable on LAN and supports multi-user functioning by default. The software comes with Hardware Lock and Installer CD. User can customize its reports as all the reports are kept outside of software. Every module is designed in “Master”, “Transaction”, “Reports” menu pattern hence it is very easy to understand menu items too.
Module wise brief description of the software is given below:
Medicine Database & Inventory –
This is the basic requirement of any Pharmacy Shop. Salient features of this module are as follows:
- Complete database of medicines including their batches, rate, expiry, location at shop etc.
- Party & manufacturers Database
- Purchase, Sales, Purchase Returns, Sales Returns, Write off for all Inventory related activities.
- Receipt & Payment for all accounting related activities.
- No Limit of Data storage.
- Option of printing on Preprinted or plain stationary.
- Special customizations for dot metric printing.
- Fully Secured transactions with proper login and rights
- Tally like navigation features (On Return Key) for very fast working.
All reports are generated automatically with the Basic Inventory entries, which includes all Registers, Medicine wise reports, Summaries, MIS Reports, Accounting purpose reports etc.
Barcode based Inventory System -
- To facilitate the Shop more, complete Barcode based inventory system has been incorporated in the system where barcode plays a major role in entire process. This system works in the same manner but with every stage barcode scanning plays a major role thus making the overall process more secure and very fraud protected.
- This is optional module of Lakshya-Pharmacy. This module covers Complete Inventory Entries, Modification etc on a well-designed Barcode generation and printing mechanism. Shops can opt this module to make their process more secure and protected.
Integrated Pharmacy System -
- If this system is further linked with hospital software Lakshya-HMS then the above procedure for shop remain same but additional functioning of Medicine Indent and Issue also comes into picture where medicines are indented from CCU or Nursing Station and automatically gets prompted at Shop. Shop then issues the medicines and it then gets billed into patient’s bill.
- This is optional module of Lakshya-Pharmacy and comes with Lakshya-HMS for medium big size hospitals/nursing homes where integration with Pharmacy shop is sought.
